You Have the Power to Change Lives

Never Give Up 26 gives you the power to make a difference in the community

If you've ever wondered if you can make a difference, a real impact in your community, then you've come to the right place. Never Give Up 26 Foundation is a nonprofit operating in northern Virginia. Through your donations and involvement in Never Give Up 26 events, you can immediately change the lives of those in need. Our foundation donates funds to Oakton High School and Shenandoah University to help student athletes achieve their goals. We also educate the public and support families who have been touched by Crohn's disease and colon cancer.

2023 in Review

2023 was our 10th year! We celebrated with a smashing 10th annual golf tournament. It is so hard to believe Packy had been in Heaven for 10 years and for 10 years, year over year you have come out to support and keep his memory alive and keep this foundation going!

Over the last 10 years we have given over $50k in Scholarships to High School Football Players who live the NeverGiveUp motto, over $10k to each Georgetown Lombardi Cancer Center, Shenandoah University Football, and St Jude. Due to your generosity and unwavering support we have been able to support families that are going through treatments, Fairfax NICU, and many other people and places that just NeverGiveUp!

Packy's story and the creation of Never Give Up 26

When Never Give Up 26 founder's brother died of colon cancer, she decided to follow her brother's lead and make a difference. She created a nonprofit to honor her brother, support her local community and help families who have loved ones suffering with Crohn's disease or colon cancer. The foundation is named after Patrick Purcell, also known as Packy. During his battle with Crohn's disease and colon cancer, Packy never felt sorry for himself or asked why. Despite his illnesses, he continued to positively impact the lives of those around him.

"NEVER GIVE UP"

Packy's motto throughout his battle with cancer was "Never give up." His goal was to continue that message and help those who are in need. Whether it's supporting local students or generating awareness for Crohn's disease and colon cancer, we're here to make a difference in our community.

You can be a part of something amazing. Join us today and help spread Packy's message.
